You’ve suffered too long already. Take a quicker path to deep healing.

When weekly sessions are taking too long, EMDR Mini-Intensives are the answer.

Sometimes it’s the deep rooted beliefs about yourself that you just can’t shake.  You've read all the books, been in therapy on and off for years, thought you had worked through your childhood stuff. Still, that feeling of not being good enough keeps rearing its ugly head.

Or maybe you experienced an event that keeps playing in your head such as an accident or assault..  Maybe it isn’t even about you at all, but a parent or other important person in your life.  The hypervigilance, panic, and fear that something bad will happen has taken over way too much of your thoughts and actions.

Whether it's holding you back from going for that promotion at work, keeping you in a sub-par relationship, or you’re simply sick of not feeling like yourself, EMDR mini intensives can help.

It's time to move from knowing that you are worthy, that it’s not your fault…to fully believing it.

EMDR mini-intensives allow for focused attention to a specific issue in a gentle, consistent manner.

Traditional weekly therapy absolutely has its place, but when there is something that you just haven’t been able to move past it may be time to focus on that issue and only that issue for a focused period of time. Doing so is difficult in 1 hour a week in large part because in the meantime life just keeps coming, creating speedbump after speedbump in your quest to heal the deeper stuff.

You can choose to start with an EMDR mini-intensive to truly focus on the most pressing issue(s), and then continue with more traditional talk therapy thereafter to keep the momentum going.

If you have a current therapist whom you really like, an EMDR mini-intensive can be great as adjunct work while you continue seeing them.

Therapy doesn’t have to go on forever.

Find peace within yourself sooner than you thought possible.
